Part-Time Bookkeeper (AP Focus)

ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Irvine, CA that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea , OnDemandChina , OnDemandViet , and Amasian TV . It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to handle accounts payable processing. This is a task-focused role ideal for someone who wants stable part-time hours with a consistent daily schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process vendor bills and invoices in NetSuite daily
• Obtain necessary approvals
• Maintain vendor records and W-9 files
• Assist with payment runs
• File and organize AP documentation
• Ad hoc data entry as needed

Requirements

• 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
• Familiarity with any ERP or accounting software (NetSuite a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• Bilingual in Korean preferred

ODK Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for the Part-time Bookkeeper role ranges from ($20.00 to $26.00 an hour) . Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
