We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney as an addition to our growing Los Angeles office located at:

909 N Pacific Coast Hwy, El Segundo, CA 90245

Total Compensation Package: 

• Base pay starts at $150,000 DOE. Besides showing up for your base pay, the real opportunities are in your guaranteed bonuses – paid MONTHLY. Total compensation depends only on your ambition to build, grow, and deliver results for our clients.

Responsibilities :

You will be part of a fast-paced team environment and will receive all the support needed to properly prepare each case for settlement or hand-off to the litigation team. The position will include a dedicated pre-litigation team assisting with all cases, such as intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and staff specialized in documenting the closure of settled cases. This role involves actively managing numerous cases and team members. You will have the opportunity to work with and develop yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients. 

Qualifications: 

• Over 4 years of experience, including at least 3+ years specifically related to personal injury cases, whether representing plaintiffs or defendants, at a law firm or insurance company.

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

• Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary.

• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. 

• Easy-going and passionate about helping people.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bilingual English/Spanish
