We work cross-functionally with product, engineering, content design, and research to deliver solutions that are accessible, user-focused, and scalable. The team operates like a nimble startup within Robinhood—lean, innovative, and collaborative. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the visual and interaction design of Robinhood’s Gold Card and banking products. You’ll work from 0 to 1, building entirely new systems while maintaining a cohesive design identity. Your focus will be on delivering best-in-class craft, with opportunities to prototype and explore motion to create polished, engaging experiences! This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do Drive end-to-end design of key features across our banking tools and experiences Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate our user experience Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Content, and Research Contribute to and evolve our design system for banking products Help set the standard for design craft and product excellence across the team What you bring 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio Demonstrated success designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or adjacent spaces Experience taking products from concept to launch Strong systems thinking and the ability to build and maintain scalable design systems Bonus: Prototyping and motion design skills to bring interactions to life What we offer Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
