Assistant Property Manager
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant Property Manager to support daily office operations for a property management team in Rancho Dominguez. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience handling resident communications and property files in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Respond to emails and resident inquiries in a timely manner
Audit and maintain resident files for accuracy and compliance
Organize and manage park and property documentation
Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Support the property management team with day-to-day operations
Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information

Qualifications:
Previous property management experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
