As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will help the company maintain positive business relationships with vendors by ensuring prompt and accurate payments. You will enter invoices and review payments and data in our Dealer Management System. This is an in-office position in San Jose, CA.

What you'll be working on:

• Data Entry and Review – post invoices/vouchers /payment requests


• Problem resolutions of account-related issues


• Balance statements & finalize data


• Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests and issue reimbursement checks


• Match checks to invoices/payment requests after each check run cycle


• Enter invoices: enter, post and reconcile batches


• Research & resolve payables issues with vendors


• Prep accounts for payments & verify data in system

What you need to bring to the table:

• 1+ years AP experience in automotive dealership mandatory


• CDK systems experience required


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to balance large volume accounts


• Detail-oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle the demanding environment


• Ability to work independently and with a team


• Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal

Salary: $20.00-$30.00/hour

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
