What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  

  Conduct in-depth research on the cryptocurrency payments and Web3 industry, define product requirements, identify target markets, and drive product commercialization.



• 
  

  Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics to develop and implement growth strategies.



• 
  

  Monitor user growth data, analyze user behavior, optimize product experience and growth strategies, and improve conversion rates.



• 
  

  Collaborate closely with the R&D team to manage the product iteration process, ensuring it follows the planned schedule.



• 
  

  Engage in in-depth discussions about business scenarios and technological trends to ensure the product's applicability and foresight.

What We Look For in You

• 
  

  Over 2 years of experience in Web3 (wallet, chain, payment,etc.) , along with 2+ years as a product manager in a large internet company.



• 
  

  A keen interest in Web3 and crypto payment, with a sharp awareness of industry trends, with in-depth industry insights into crypto payments in onshore and offshore markets.



• 
  

  Strong ability to abstract and simplify complex problems, utilizing first-principles thinking; adept at systematic thinking and innovative problem-solving.



• 
  

  Excellent project management skills, capable of driving cross-team collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.



• 
  

  Strong resilience under pressure, with outstanding communication skills and flexible thinking.



• 
  

  Bachelor's degree or higher.

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $223,611.00 to $268,333.00 . The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
