All leads are inbound —people who have already reached out for help. Your job is to qualify their situation, build rapport, and schedule consultations with our Resolution Team. Work Environment:

• Location: 100% on-site at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• We foster a high-energy, collaborative atmosphere where success is celebrated.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Commission: Top performers average $8,000 – $15,000 per month.
• Annual Potential: $75,000 – $200,000+.

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with inbound leads seeking help with IRS tax debt.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand each client’s financial hardship.
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations with our Resolution Team.
• Build trust and explain our process clearly.
• Follow proven scripts and gather key information.
• Maintain accurate notes and client records in our CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual performance goals.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to quickly connect and keep clients engaged.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
