• Lead daily patient dining operations
• Hire, coach, and develop a strong team
• Ensure accuracy with diet orders, food safety, and quality standards
• Elevate the patient experience and resolve concerns fast
• Partner with nursing and hospital leaders
• Manage staffing, productivity, and department goals
• Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance

What You Bring

• Associate degree + 1 year relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred
