Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their client's team in San Jose, CA. This temporary-to-hire position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and are interested in contributing to a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading of company vehicles.
• Perform cycle counts and support accurate inventory tracking.
• Manage parts and supplies inventory for the warehouse and vehicle fleet.
• Receive, organize, label, and track tools, parts, and materials.
• Maintain accurate inspection and inventory records using internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, vendor deliveries).
• Ensure warehouse and shop areas remain organized, clean, and safety-compliant.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams on special projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, logistics, or a related maintenance environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with warehouse systems.
• Ability to accurately track inventory and complete documentation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically active environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed.

Required Work Hours

This is a full-time position with work hours to be determined based on operational needs.

Additional Details

The pay range for this position is $26 per hour, with both the minimum and maximum pay set at $26 per hour.
