Sales Territory Manager - Los Angeles

The Role
The Sales Territory Manager owns a defined regional territory from first contact through long-term retention. You will prospect, close, onboard, and grow accounts in your region — this is a full-lifecycle role with no handoff to a separate Customer Success function. You are the relationship for the life of the account.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You report to the VP of Sales and operate with significant day-to-day autonomy. Success in this role creates a direct path toward Director-level territory ownership as the company scales.
What You Will Own
• A defined geographic territory of assisted living and residential care communities.
• The full sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, contracting, onboarding, expansion, and retention.
• A book of up to 10 active accounts in lifecycle at any time.
• Relationships with administrators, owners, and clinical leaders across your territory.
• Your pipeline, your forecast, and your earnings.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of B2B healthcare sales experience — senior living, hospice, home health, post-acute, or healthcare technology preferred.
• Active working relationships with 10+ administrators or owners of senior living facilities in your target territory.
• Demonstrated personal quota carry of $500K+ ACV in at least one recent role, with consistent attainment.
• Full-cycle selling experience — prospecting through close, not handoff-dependent.
• Current residence in territory, or written commitment to relocate before start date.
• Comfort navigating a multi-stakeholder buyer (Executive Director, Owner, DON, CFO) and willingness to spend meaningful time inside facilities.
• Strong organizational discipline: accurate CRM hygiene, timely forecasting, and proactive communication with leadership.
