Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and community-driven Community Outreach Representative to join our growing event marketing firm. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about community engagement, event marketing, public relations, and relationship building .

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will play a key role in connecting with local communities, promoting events, increasing brand awareness, and building lasting partnerships with organizations, businesses, and community leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community outreach, event coordination, communications, and grassroots marketing while contributing to meaningful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, local businesses, and community leaders to promote company events and initiatives.
• Plan and execute community outreach strategies designed to increase awareness and participation in upcoming events and campaigns.
• Attend community events, networking functions, fairs, and meetings to represent the company and engage with local audiences.
• Distribute promotional materials and interact directly with community members to encourage event participation and brand engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns, promotional materials, and community engagement strategies.
• Assist with organizing and hosting community events, workshops, educational sessions, and informational programs.
• Gather community feedback and insights to help improve future outreach initiatives and event planning efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, community partnerships, attendance, and engagement metrics.

Qualifications amp; Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sociology , or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in community outreach, public relations, event planning, customer engagement, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
