Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software and IT services.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems for clients.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist with IT consultancy and support services for clients to enhance their technology infrastructure.
- Conduct quality testing to ensure software products meet high standards of performance and reliability.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting software and IT issues.
- Knowledge of web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing concepts.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience in software development, testing, or IT consultancy is a plus.
- Familiarity with data analytics, UI/UX design, and IT infrastructure management.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $61,000 to $96,000 per year.
