We're looking for a detail-loving, number-crunching, invoice-wrangling Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Cypress, CA. It’s a temp-to-hire role, so if you're a great fit, we’ll want to keep you around for the long haul!

?? What You’ll Be Doing:
Processing vendor invoices like a data-entry ninja

Reconciling statements and keeping our books clean and happy

Communicating with vendors (and being super polite even when they’re not)

Matching POs to invoices — accuracy is your middle name

Assisting with month-end close like a pro

Helping keep the AP department smooth, efficient, and (almost) fun

?? What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience

Familiarity with accounting software (Bonus points for QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite)

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP doesn’t scare you)

High attention to detail and organizational Jedi skills

Reliable, team-oriented, and good at chasing down missing info without chasing people off

?? Pay:
Up to $25/hour, depending on experience and how much accounting magic you bring

?? Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
