Recruiter (Independent Contractor)

Engagement Objective The consultant will provide strategic recruiting support for AppsFlyer’s North America Go-to-Market organization (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships). The focus of this engagement is to identify, engage, and deliver qualified candidates that meet agreed-upon hiring priorities and timelines.

Deliverables The consultant will be responsible for delivering the following:

1. Qualified Candidate Pipeline : Deliver a consistent pipeline of vetted GTM candidates who meet the agreed-upon experience, skill, and market alignment criteria established for each search.


2. Search Management : Candidate pipeline management, facilitation of candidate introductions, interview scheduling support, and communication coordination until final selection while utilizing ATS (Greenhouse)


3. Candidate Presentations : Professional summaries or profiles for all presented candidates, highlighting qualifications and fit.


4. Pipeline Management Reports : Weekly updates summarizing active searches, candidate progress, and market feedback.


5. Market Intelligence Summary : Periodic insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity in GTM functions.

Consultant Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in GTM recruiting (Sales, CS, Marketing, or Partnerships) for high-growth SaaS organizations.


• Proven success in delivering qualified candidates within agreed timeframes.


• Established network within the North American GTM talent market.


• Ability to operate independently, manage deliverables, and communicate progress effectively.


• Experience using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing systems.

Engagement Details

• Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (1099)


• Duration: 6 - 12 months, with option to extend based on business needs and performance.


• Location: San Francisco Bay Area


• Compensation: Hourly rate, aligned with defined deliverables and expertise level.


• Reporting: Direct collaboration with designated AppsFlyer stakeholders; no employment relationship implied.
