Own the platform that connects Intuitive to its suppliers
In 2024, approximately 2.68 million surgical procedures were performed with da Vinci systems. As demand grows, we’re scaling how Intuitive and our suppliers work together so health care providers get what they need—when patients need it. We’re hiring a Supply Chain Digital Product Manager to lead our new Supply Chain Collaboration Portal . You’ll own the product vision and roadmap, map buyer/planner/supplier journeys, define adoption and experience metrics, and align IT, Source/SC operations, and vendor partners. Your mission: turn user pain points into simple, scalable UI improvements and champion onboarding and communications—so thousands of buyers, planners, and suppliers can work together seamlessly every day. If you love building enterprise products that people actually adopt , this is for you. You’ll launch and run Intuitive’s third‑party collaboration platform—driving vision, KPIs, UX improvements, and cross‑functional alignment. The outcome: smoother supplier connectivity and supply continuity that supports clinicians and patients worldwide.Essential Job Duties

- Drive the successful implementation and launch of our third-party supply chain collaboration portal, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally (IT, Supply Chain Operations, suppliers) to understand requirements, communicate changes, and facilitate seamless adoption.
- Define and measure key success metrics including user adoption, user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business impact.
- Provide clear guidance on UI improvements, ensuring tools are intuitive and practical, reducing barriers to user adoption.
- Manage relationships with the third-party software vendor to ensure alignment with product strategy, timely delivery, and issue resolution.
- Develop structured communication plans and training support to enhance user onboarding, engagement, and proficiency with the new digital solution
- Lead and coach one Product Analyst (or similar) responsible for analytics, user research, and release coordination.
