Senior Technical Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality talent solutions to enterprise and strategic clients. This role partners closely with Account Managers, Sales leaders, and client stakeholders to execute on workforce strategies, fill complex and high‑priority requisitions, and ensure a consistently strong candidate and client experience.
This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who excels in full-cycle recruiting, thrives in fast‑paced enterprise environments, and takes pride in being a trusted delivery partner.
Position objective:
Delivers consistent, strong personal production across all roles assigned to them - likely taking on some of the more complex/important roles we receive.
Acts as a trusted recruiting partner by advising on sourcing strategy, market conditions, and hiring timelines - is a consistent partner to the hiring process with Sales and the Recruiting Manager.
Mentors Associate and Technical recruiters through guidance, best practice sharing, and hosting trainings/participating in all delivery resource trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
Full‑Cycle Recruitment & Talent Delivery
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions
Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates aligned to client expectations
Execute recruiting strategies across IT, Engineering, and/or Life Sciences skill sets
Maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future demand
Consistently meet or exceed time‑to‑fill, quality, and performance expectations
Client & Account Partnership
Partner closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to understand client goals and hiring priorities
Participate in intake calls and strategy sessions with hiring managers and stakeholders
Provide consultative insight on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate trends
Support enterprise clients with high‑touch, high‑volume, or specialized hiring needs
Represent Impellam professionally with both candidates and clients
Candidate Experience & Engagement
Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Build long‑term relationships with high‑quality candidates and talent communities
Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and professional follow‑through
Act as a candidate advocate while aligning with client and business needs
Process, Compliance & Collaboration
Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within CRM/ATS systems
Ensure compliance with client requirements, employment laws, and internal processes
Provide mentorship and support to junior recruiters as needed
Share best practices and market insights with recruiting and sales teams

Education and qualification
Essential:
High School Diploma, GED/ GSCEs / A Levels or equivalent credentials
Desired:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but can be substituted for applicable experience
Work experience and attributes:
Recruiting experience within staffing, workforce solutions, or consulting environments
Proven success supporting enterprise or large‑scale client accounts
Experience recruiting within IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or other STEM disciplines
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Highly organized, accountable, and delivery‑focused
Experience working closely with sales / account management partners
ATS and CRM proficiency required
