We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Branch Support Representative to help deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of our branch.

Position Summary:

• Answer high-volume, multi-line phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Assist customers with scheduling, payments, billing questions, and service requests.
• Coordinate daily schedules and service appointments using company software (training provided).
• Process service and sales transactions accurately.
• Scan, file, and maintain organized office records.
• Support daily administrative tasks and branch operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both customers and team members.

Additional Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software
