### About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager, Retail Growth to drive growth initiatives across our retail business lines. You'll focus on enhancing user engagement, improving activation, and boosting revenue. This role sits at the crossroads of product, marketing, engineering, and data, offering you the chance to lead critical growth initiatives and deliver measurable business results. ### Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition: Define and implement strategies to optimize user acquisition funnels, increase activation rates, and drive revenue growth.
- User Onboarding: Create and refine the onboarding experience to ensure users are set up for long-term success with the product.
- Revenue Growth: Lead monetization strategies, from targeted experiments to pricing optimizations, driving both incremental MRR and ARR.
- Experimentation: Manage the growth experimentation process, using A/B tests and iterative strategies to identify and scale high-impact opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Design to align on goals and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data to uncover opportunities, track performance, and help shape scalable growth strategies.
- Customer Empathy: Conduct research to deeply understand the needs and pain points of retail property owners and translate those insights into actionable product decisions.

### Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in growth product management or a similar role in consumer software or SaaS environments.
- A proven track record of driving growth in user acquisition and retention through experimentation and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the real estate or financial technology sector.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models and user lifecycle strategies.
- Experience with user onboarding, referral systems, and pricing experimentation.

### Location

This is a REMOTE position within the United States. We prefer candidates located near New York, NY, or Oakland, CA, and open to a hybrid work environment.

### Compensation

- Annual Base Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 (based on experience and location).
- Pay Transparency: Our compensation reflects several U.S. geographic markets. The final pay will be determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, and experience.
