Product Manager, Retail Growth - Remote - WFH -
- User Onboarding: Create and refine the onboarding experience to ensure users are set up for long-term success with the product.
- Revenue Growth: Lead monetization strategies, from targeted experiments to pricing optimizations, driving both incremental MRR and ARR.
- Experimentation: Manage the growth experimentation process, using A/B tests and iterative strategies to identify and scale high-impact opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Design to align on goals and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data to uncover opportunities, track performance, and help shape scalable growth strategies.
- Customer Empathy: Conduct research to deeply understand the needs and pain points of retail property owners and translate those insights into actionable product decisions. ### Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in growth product management or a similar role in consumer software or SaaS environments.
- A proven track record of driving growth in user acquisition and retention through experimentation and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like SQL, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the real estate or financial technology sector.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models and user lifecycle strategies.
- Experience with user onboarding, referral systems, and pricing experimentation. ### Location This is a REMOTE position within the United States. We prefer candidates located near New York, NY, or Oakland, CA, and open to a hybrid work environment. ### Compensation - Annual Base Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 (based on experience and location).
