Compensation Range: 74,000-92,300

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

Manage the daily operations of the Chino, CA Distribution Center

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as key on-site leader for the Chino, CA Distribution Center
• Manage, prioritize, and assign daily activities for the distribution center operation
• Implement and utilize the Enersys EOS system for continuous improvement
• Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed
• Responsible for maintenance of facility and coordination of outside safety inspections
• Process facility invoices and assist with DC budget plan
• Responsible for inventory accuracy
• Manage yearly physical inventory and weekly cycle count programs.
• Maintain and report Distribution CoE KPIs.
• Maintain timely employee performance reviews, administer coaching when needed
• Reports weekly DC space and capacity levels
• Assist in the removal and disposal of scrap materials

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years supervisory experience
• 2 - 4 years experience inventory control
• Knowledge of ERP systems and able to understand all aspects of material transactions
• Ability to interface and communicate professionally with all levels of management
• Ability to function in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• Forklift certification

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Four-year college degree in business of associated field
• CPIM certification
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge and use of Supply Chain Logistic Concepts
• Knowledge of SAP, BAAN
