Litigation Legal Assistant

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with an established firm with offices in five major commercial centers across California. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of California litigation experience and possess a strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and trial preparation.

Duties:

• Support attorneys with CA litigation matters

• Prepare and file state and federal court filings, including e-filings

• Manage litigation calendaring and deadlines in accordance with court rules

• Assist with pleadings, including tables of contents and tables of authorities

• Proofread and format legal documents and correspondence

• Provide administrative and litigation support across multiple matters and teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience

• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing

• Experience with litigation calendaring and deadline tracking

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

• Experience with iManage or similar document management systems

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with CompuLaw, Best Authority, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and CCC Macros is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range is $90,000 - $105,000
