Floor Technician
Job Description
Trace Inc. is a Military Contractor and has been in business since 1993. We are currently located on 19 different Military Bases throughout the nation.

Floor Tech. Description:
The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the flooring surfaces within the Commissary. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to ensure that floors are clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing.
- Sweep, scrub, wax and buff VCT and Terrazzo floors.
- Burnish as needed to maintain even shine.
- Must be able to operate various types of equipment associated with stripping and waxing, such as, Floor Scrubber, Side by Side Scrubber and Buffer.
- Must be familiar with SC Johnson chemicals such as Stripper, Premia and Vectra wax.
- Must be familiar with Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals involved.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail a must.
- Needs to be dependable.
- Should have ability to stand for extended periods of time.
The job is on Military Facility; a Back Ground Investigation will be completed.
