Responsibilities – Automotive Service Technician:

• Perform expert diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly
• Deliver precise, high-quality work that meets or exceeds factory standards
• Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to ensure superior customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz technology, systems, and tools
• Document all work performed per dealership and manufacturer requirements

Requirements – Automotive Service Technician:

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Mercedes-Benz or other European luxury brands preferred – Porsche, BMW, Audi, VW, etc.
• Must have own set of professional tools
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and Mercedes-Benz certification training
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and follow-through
• Professionalism, dependability, and integrity
• ASE Certifications a plus
• EV/Hybrid experience a major plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
