Senior Product Manager - Workflow Automation Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our core offering: a leading Workflow Automation Platform designed to transform and optimize business processes in the public sector. In this role, you will define and execute a product strategy that meets the evolving needs of government agencies, ensuring an intuitive and impactful user experience.

As a key player in our product team, you'll engage with customers, analyze feedback, and uncover opportunities to enhance product adoption and engagement. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, prioritize feature releases, and maintain alignment with market demands.

To thrive in this role, you should have a strong passion for technology and be eager to learn the ins and outs of our platform. Your hands-on approach will be essential in designing, configuring, and testing workflows, as well as validating the customer impact of new features and product updates.

Key Responsibilities

Define Product Vision & Roadmap

Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine the product vision and strategy for the Workflow Automation Platform.
Maintain and communicate a prioritized roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives and customer needs.

Engage with Customers

Build strong relationships with public sector users to understand their challenges and gather valuable insights.
Facilitate quarterly user events to foster meaningful dialogue between customers and the product team.


Drive Product Development

Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate customer insights into actionable features.
Lead cross-functional prioritization meetings to align product development efforts with business goals.

Measure Success

Define, track, and report on key product success metrics.
Utilize data insights and customer feedback to optimize platform performance and user engagement.

Advocate for Customers

Serve as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions reflect real user needs.
Present and demonstrate solutions to key stakeholders, including internal teams and external customers.

Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with customer success, marketing, and sales teams to align product initiatives with go-to-market strategies.
Lead product and feature launch initiatives to drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Develop compelling customer use cases to showcase the platform's value and impact on public sector workflows.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on defining and launching successful products and features in multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Background in enterprise or public sector solutions is a plus.

Skills:

Proven ability to create and execute product roadmaps that drive growth and engagement.
Hands-on experience working with end-users, facilitating workshops, and presenting to executives.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and no-code/low-code technologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Acumen:

Passion for technology and willingness to engage directly with a no-code platform for workflow design and testing.

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 + bonus + benefitsOur compensation structure is based on role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for new hires across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, experience, skills, and relevant education or training.

Remote Role - Work from anywhere within the U.S.
