Plumbing Project Manager, PE

We are a large growing Plumbing Contractor in California that works on many of California’s biggest and best Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire California’s best and brightest Plumbing Project Manager’s with PE in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with engineers, architects, owners, general contractors, and other trades.
• Provide engineering depth and support/value to other divisions.
• Maintain and build relationships with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors and vendors.
• Assume responsibility for managing and maintaining schedule and time control system, budget, and monitor work activity/budget to ensure execution supports compliance with established criteria and specifications.
• Create, prepare and deliver professional recommendations, designs, reports, and results to clients and teams.
• Communicating and attending meetings and field surveys required during design, as well as participating in formal engineering training of company personnel and provide specific direction of on the job training for design engineers, drafters and interns.
• Advise building owners on cost effective solutions when cost effective solutions arise.

Requirements:

• Local
• Stable work history.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple plumbing projects at a time.
• Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years in Plumbing design, PM/Estimating, Sales and Project Management experience
• Strong knowledge in CA Plumbing building codes, Title 24, ASPE Requirements,
• Technical experience working with Timberline, MS Excel, BlueBeam, Quickpen, Autocad, Navisworks, Revit, IES, EnergyPlus, EnergyPro, eQuest, and Enterprise preferred.
