About This Role:

Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a wholly owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Management Analyst II. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Facilities Department (Code 102B).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and collecting requirements for minor construction projects
• Assist in documentation for the branch
• Review and summarize construction documentation
• Create Presentations using PowerPoint
• Coordinate with users and departments and maintaining communication
• Update Project Status reports to branch / division management
• Provide updates to users
• Schedule meetings and record meeting minutes
• Assist in technical writing and reviewing all Acquisition documents

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience providing analytical support
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Great attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and communication skills

P rofessional Certifications:

N/A

Education:

B.S. in Associated Field

Clearance:

Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Minimum 2-4 years of experience

The projected compensation range for this position is $58,000 to $62,000 (annualized USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
