About This Role:
Role Overview: Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a wholly owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Management Analyst II. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Facilities Department (Code 102B).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and collecting requirements for minor construction projects
- Assist in documentation for the branch
- Review and summarize construction documentation
- Create Presentations using PowerPoint
- Coordinate with users and departments and maintaining communication
- Update Project Status reports to branch / division management
- Provide updates to users
- Schedule meetings and record meeting minutes
- Assist in technical writing and reviewing all Acquisition documents
The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience providing analytical support
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Great attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills

B.S. in Associated Field
Clearance:
Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret ClearanceYears of Professional Experience:

The projected compensation range for this position is $58,000 to $62,000 (annualized USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
