As the Associate Shipping Representative, you won't just be handling logistics—you'll be a vital part of our Employee Cloud team, ensuring that restaurant employees get paid accurately and on time. This isn't your average shipping role. You'll be the person who guarantees the seamless, reliable delivery of live payroll checks, directly impacting the livelihoods of countless restaurant employees. About this roll * (Responsibilities)

• Lead the shipping process for all payroll packages, from printing and sealing to packing and sending.
• Be a quality control champion, ensuring every check and W-2 is perfect before it goes out.
• Manage vendor relationships with shipping partners like UPS and FedEx to optimize efficiency.
• Proactively monitor payroll schedules and communicate deadlines to keep the team on track.
• Collaborate closely with our Customer Care and Payroll Operations teams to solve problems and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Maintain meticulous records and track shipments for critical compliance requirements.
• Manage inventory and keep our printing and sealing equipment running smoothly.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, high-accuracy shipping or logistics role.
• Expertise with shipping software, particularly UPS/FedEx systems.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• A strong eye for detail and a knack for working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with computer-based tasks and data entry.
• The ability to be on-site in Costa Mesa, CA, 5 days a week, with a flexible schedule a few times a week to meet payroll deadlines.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

Pay Range

$41,000—$66,000 USD
