LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator who enjoys keeping operations organized and moving efficiently. This role supports daily shipping, inventory, order processing, and warehouse administration activities within a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and related order paperwork.
- Coordinating daily shipping activities and supporting accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
- Closing customer orders in the company system and printing required order documentation.
- Maintaining inventory records, completing data entry, and supporting inventory accuracy.
- Scanning, organizing, and filing company documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.
- Responding to emails, routing inquiries, answering internal calls, and supporting warehouse and administrative operations.

- Pay range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, DOE.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Bell Gardens, CA 90201. 100% onsite.
- Employees will be evaluated based on performance and may qualify for permanent placement.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 1+ years of logistics, shipping, warehouse coordination, order processing, or administrative experience.
- Experience preparing shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and packing lists.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow shipping procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask while staying detail-oriented in a fast-paced manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting both office and warehouse-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, electronics, components, semiconductor, electrical products, or industrial hardware environments.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, order management systems, or shipping platforms.
- Prior experience supporting both warehouse operations and office administration functions.
