Job Overview:

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch while aligning products with market trends and consumer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to develop compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to drive product innovation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the toy industry.
