Research Associate II - Biomedical Imaging
- Coordinate radiology research studies and clinical trials focused on advancing imaging modalities for the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
- Prepare, submit, and maintain regulatory (e.g., IRB) and budgetary documents for research studies and clinical trials.
- Operate specialized equipment and software to support diverse research projects in collaboration with faculty, modality managers, and research leaders.
- Maintain detailed records of work, including methodologies and results; validate data for accuracy and completeness; and compile findings into reports, graphs, and other documentation.
- Ensure all research imaging activities comply with safety protocols and guidelines established by the FDA and the American College of Radiology.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 2 years of post-degree research experience, or 1 year with a Master's degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in imaging-related research or as an imaging technician in clinical or research environments is highly desirable.
- Preferred clinical research experience in oncology trials.
- Experience in image analysis.
- Experience with OnCore and IRB platforms.
- Strong communication skills - Interfacing with CROs, faculty/physicians, and clinical trials office/sponsor projects office.
