Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Area Superintendent within the Toll Bridge Region, incumbent works with and assists in supervising the work of a crew engaged in Bridge Maintenance, Toll Booth scrubbing, Emergency Roadway Service and Construction work. Incumbent is expected to operate independently in determining and scheduling work to be done. Incumbent uses own judgment within limits of prescribed guidelines.

Desirable Qualifications

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

Possession of a valid Class B or Class A commercial driver license with endorsements P (Passenger/Bus), H (Hazardous Material) and N (Tank Vehicle) is desirable.
