Inventory Accounting Manager POST NUMBER: 440856
Location: Dublin, OH (Hybrid - Work from home Mondays & Fridays, In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays)

What You'll Do:
- Take charge of all inventory-related accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of all inventory accounts.
- Lead process improvements and standard operating procedures to drive efficiency.
- Oversee a talented team, providing training, technical guidance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with business leaders to analyze and resolve operational challenges.
- Own financial reporting, month-end closes, and ensure adherence to company reporting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 7 years of experience in inventory accounting, particularly in Distribution, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
- Proficient in ERP systems (Microsoft Great Plains/Dynamics D365 a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial analysis.
