Job Description and Duties

Per CCR 249.3, this job control may be used to fill subsequent vacancies.

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II's responsibilities include proper allocatons of civil service positions; providing consultation independently to management on organizational options, and other personnel action requests; administering the Exempt appointment and Career Executive Assignment (CEA) programs; and serving as a liaison to the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) and the State Personnel Board (SPB).

Special Requirements
