We are currently looking for an Architectural Design Assistant for a design firm in Sherman Oaks, CA. We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Design Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to create renderings and model shots for our clients. This role requires proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with project managers and other team members. Must have knowledge of local zoning codes and the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Assist the CEO in developing architectural renderings and model shots.
• Utilize SketchUp and AutoCAD to produce high-quality designs.
• Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure design objectives are met.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an architectural or design firm.
• A degree in Architecture, Design or a related field.
• Familiarity with other design software such as Vray, Lumion, 3d Max and Rhino.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, be punctual and detail-oriented.
