Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a proven track record of success in handling complex legal cases. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of litigation matters, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings and provide legal advice to clients.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact ongoing cases.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Experience with document management software and electronic filing systems.
