General Laborer
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Labor Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials, as well as assisting with production, packaging, and assembly line operations. You will help maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Additional responsibilities include operating basic tools and equipment such as hand tools and pallet jacks, supporting warehouse functions like picking, packing, sorting, and inventory organization, and working collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing repetitive tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs or more.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
