Service Logistics Manager

As Service Logistics Manager, you will orchestrate the movement, storage, and replacement of thousands of custom parts and products, solve real-time client needs, and keep our service operation running like clockwork. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending logistics, inventory control, and data management—energized by variety, challenge, and building best-in-class service

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, warehouse, and logistics to ensure parts and products reach destinations quickly and accurately

• Plan and execute global shipments, handling every step from packing to documentation and delivery

• Update and optimize databases in Excel, Quickbooks, and Access for efficient tracking and fast identification of components

• Interface with engineering and production to secure replacement and custom components, balancing in-house manufacturing and purchasing

• Manage urgent client requests, providing prompt solutions and exceptional communication

• Ensure immediate location and shipment of parts from the warehouse for worldwide delivery

• Drive process improvements and bring a continuous improvement mindset to all areas of service logistics

• Track, report, and analyze trends to upgrade service performance and delivery

Ideal Candidate

• Skilled in logistics and inventory management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment

• Expert with Excel, Quickbooks, and Access or similar manual tracking tools

• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities

• Clear communicator with a knack for solving client and team challenges

• Detail-driven and excited by hands-on operations

• Familiarity with manufacturing or production processes a plus

• Eager to shape a high-performance global service team
