Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of Information Technology Manager I, seeking an experienced Java Developer with hands-on experience in Java, API, Microservices, and Spring framework technologies, including JSP, and Java Beans apart from experience in developing interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, and modern application servers. Proficiency across IDEs like Visual Studio, coupled with a mastery of databases such as Oracle Database, is essential.

In addition to the above technical skills, a successful candidate in this role will possess skills to do business analysis by working closing with non-technical customers, a collaborative spirit, and a knack for adaptability. The ideal candidate will stand out as a proactive self-starter – one who not only initiates but also takes full ownership of tasks. A track record of mentorship and coaching experience to guide and nurture junior team members will be a bonus.

• Experience in working within an SDLC environment to design, develop, deploy and troubleshoot code while collaborating with stakeholders from Analysis, Test, Business and Infrastructure team.

• Experience working with Hydrology engineers is a plus
