Enterprise Account Executive

Our client, a domain-specific AI platform transforming the insurance industry, is hiring Enterprise Account Executives to help scale its next phase of growth.

Were seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with 3–5 years of closing experience who thrives in high-ownership environments and is excited to sell cutting-edge AI solutions into complex insurance workflows. This role is critical to driving new revenue, winning flagship logos, and shaping go-to-market strategy in a fast-moving AI startup.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Partner closely with SDRs and Marketing to develop and convert qualified pipeline
• Quickly understand prospect workflows, operational challenges, and insurance-specific pain points to position solutions effectively
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts using CRM tools
• Contribute to messaging, positioning, and pricing based on real-time market feedback

What Success Looks Like

• Drive new ARR growth by landing enterprise customers and consistently exceeding quota
• Maintain strong pipeline coverage (3–4x quota) across self-sourced and inbound opportunities
• Improve sales cycle efficiency through strong deal management and conversion discipline
• Ensure seamless customer handoffs to post-sale teams while identifying early expansion opportunities
• Provide actionable market intelligence through regular voice of customer insights that influence product and GTM strategy

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience as an Enterprise AE in a tech startup environment
• Experience closing $100K+ ACV deals with demonstrated expansion potential and exposure to $1M+ quotas
• Consistent career progression or promotions reflecting strong performance
• Background selling into the insurance vertical or prior insurance industry experience is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outbound automation platforms (e.g., Apollo)
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity while helping build scalable sales processes
• Strong communicator with high IQ/EQ and the ability to sell complex AI-driven solutions
