- Provide clinical supervision (individual and group) for unlicensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Clinical Social Workers, and Psychologists.
- Supervise support services staff through regular group and individual sessions.
- Review client case records for quality, completeness, and appropriate use of therapeutic interventions.
- Evaluate and apply current mental health treatment theories and practices in a clinical setting.
- Offer crisis intervention support, supervision, and consultation to clinical and case management staff.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, objective, and compliant with organizational and funding source requirements.
- Collaborate with management on program development and service delivery improvements.
- Conduct mental health assessments as part of training for unlicensed therapists.
- Deliver ongoing training on topics such as Evidence-Based Practices, documentation standards, and SMART goals.
- Lead effective case consultations to enhance quality of client care.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D., or Ph.D.) in good standing for at least one year
- Minimum of three years of experience providing direct mental health services in inpatient or outpatient settings
- Strong knowledge of current counseling theories, treatment modalities, and the Shared Core Practice Model
- Familiarity with child abuse prevention, education, and treatment practices
- Solid understanding of human development, with a focus on children, adolescents, and families
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse populations across cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds
- Skilled in presenting information in both formal presentations and informal settings
- Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience with administering progressive discipline when necessary
- Capable of facilitating regular staff meetings with both clinical and non-clinical team members
