Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist (English/Medical Spanish)
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Receptionist with fluency in Medical Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Front-Office medical administration and efficient in referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate specialist referrals, diagnostic appointments, and follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding referral requirements and timelines.
- Track and manage referral authorizations and insurance approvals.
- Schedule appointments and manage phone calls.
- Verify patient information and insurance details.
- Provide clear communication in both English and Spanish, including medical terminology.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Medical Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a medical or office setting preferred.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer programs.
- Medical assistant Certification preferred.
