Job Description:
Lead complex software development efforts across multiple teams, acting as a trusted technical lead responsible for system architecture, integration, and deployment in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead development of full-stack applications with focus on backend architecture

Collaborate with product and India-based development teams to unblock issues
-
Design and integrate APIs with secure, scalable architectures

Oversee code quality and enforce coding standards

Guide technical requirements gathering and solution design

Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues

Drive technical strategy on data integration and reporting applications
Requirements:

Must-Haves:

5 years of experience in software development
-
Expertise in Node.js/NestJS and API integration
-
Strong experience with React and deployment practices
-
Demonstrated experience designing system architecture

Background in integrating third-party APIs securely
-
Experience handling large data sets
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

Familiarity with regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)

Exposure to Java or .NET environments
