Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing comprehensive treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role involves working with diverse patient populations across inpatient, in hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans
• Provide skilled hands-on outpatient physical therapy interventions
• Educate patients on injury prevention, balance safety and home exercise programs
• Efficiently maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress notes
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress notes
• Assist in building the clinic's reputation in the community through clinical and professional excellence.

Requirements:

• Must have 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in hospital or acute care/LTC
• Physical Therapist license in the state of CA
• BLS/CPR
