Job Description

• Must have experience in infrastructure
• Must have experience in Information Security

• Top 3 5 Must-Have Skills/Technologies: Jira/Confluence, PowerPoint for presentation decks, SNOW, Teams, SharePoint.
• Top 3 5 Daily Job Tasks: Communicate project expectations to stakeholders. Currently have a DLP solution, they are working on in-house application solutions that need security assessments, all of this is managed through Jira (needs proficiency), Agile methodology, need someone who can manage 4 concurrent projects. Also have their annual security assessments for which the do penetration testing. This PM quarterbacks all of that. Facilitating the projects, really strong communicator.
• Why the PMO team has passed on resumes: Lack of familiarity with Jira/Confluence, lack of a consistent track record of PM delivery, lack of cyber security experience (although this is not a requirement), lack of agile delivery skillset, not senior enough.
• Team Structure: Primarily working with the other PM, who came from Honda
