• Solar Panel Cleaning.
• Rain Gutter Cleaning.
• Graffiti Removal.

We’re hiring a Window Cleaning Technician who can can handle a squeegee, run jobs independently, represent the brand professionally, and is eager to learn and grow.

A true professional with 3+ years of window cleaning experience who:

• Can run jobs with minimal supervision.
• Delivers high-level customer service.
• Is confident upselling the right way.
• Can ask for 5-star Google reviews.
• Minimizes callbacks.
• Takes accountability.
• Is comfortable with occasional door knocking.
• Wants long-term growth.

You’re not just cleaning windows — were providing great customer service and serving the community.

Responsibilities:

• Residential cleaning & light commercial jobs.
• Clean windows (water-fed pole & traditional methods).
• Perform solar panel cleaning.
• Occasionally clean gutters & install exterior lights (late in the calendar year).
• Work safely on ladders, roofs, and lifts.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Collect payments, reviews, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain equipment and document job progress.

Requirements:

• 3+ years professional window cleaning experience.
• Solar panel cleaning experience.
• Comfortable at heights.
• Valid driver’s license (clean record).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance & attitude.

Bonus if you have:
Crew leadership experience, upselling experience, CRM familiarity, or Christmas light installation skills.
