Temporary HR Manager – Food Manufacturing
Location: San Lorenzo, CA (On-Site)
Pay: $50-$55/hr (2-3 Month Temporary Assignment)
Vaco LA is working with a client in the Food Manufacturing industry seeking an experienced Temporary HR Manager to support their HR functions. This is a full-time, on-site role in San Lorenzo, CA , lasting 2-3 months . The ideal candidate will have experience working with an hourly workforce and must be bilingual in Spanish .

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations , including investigations, grievances, and inquiries.
- Oversee and process LOA and FMLA requests.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements .
- Streamline and implement HR processes and procedures .
- Lead benefits administration efforts.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of HR experience required.
- Experience working with an hourly workforce , preferably in Food Manufacturing .
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred .
- Experience using UKG or another HRIS system required.
