Leasing Agent

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Leasing Agent to join their client's dynamic team in California. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective tenants by providing property tours and showcasing available units.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain effective communication with potential renters.
• Process rental applications and ensure timely follow-up on all leasing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing transactions and tenant interactions.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and property offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in leasing or real estate is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required Work Hours:

This position requires availability from Monday to Friday during first shift hours.
