Were seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, value-based care organization in the greater Los Angeles area . This is an outpatient-only position focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to an adult and senior population.

- Compensation: Base salary of $370K+ (commensurate with experience)
- Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 100% outpatient , no nights or weekends
- Patient Load: 12-14 patients per day
- Support: Work with a collaborative care team including NPs, MAs, and health coaches
- Mission: Deliver care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and population health
Your Role
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients in an outpatient setting
- Manage acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive medicine and wellness
- Partner with care teams to meet quality metrics such as HEDIS and STAR measures
- Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and ongoing process improvement efforts
- Foster meaningful patient relationships through education, accessibility, and continuity of care
