SFV Legal Assistant - Estate Planning
Reputable firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Legal Assistant to support Trust & Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in estate planning and trust administration, and with strong organizational, communication, and document preparation skills. This role works closely with attorneys and clients to provide exceptional administrative and legal support. Notary certification required. Key Responsibilities
- Draft estate planning, probate, and trust administration documents.
- Prepare and file court documents; record deeds and related filings.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties.
- Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.
- Manage attorney calendars, correspondence, and case files.
