THE OPPORTUNITY

Camber is building a service team unlike anything traditionally found in catering.

Our events range from intimate private dinners and luxury weddings to winery experiences and corporate gatherings throughout California Wine Country. Every event is approached with the precision, professionalism, and attention to detail of a world-class restaurant—not a conventional catering company.

This is an on-call position based on our event calendar and is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals seeking supplemental income while continuing to work in restaurants, wineries, or hotels.

We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, take pride in flawless execution, and believe every guest interaction matters. We value professionalism, curiosity, humility, and a commitment to continuous improvement above all else.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Has experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, Michelin-starred restaurants, Relais & Châteaux properties, or an equivalent service environment.
• Understands polished, anticipatory service and remains calm under pressure.
• Is dependable, punctual, and accountable.
• Presents themselves professionally and communicates confidently with guests and teammates.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Is physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Has reliable transportation to event locations throughout Sonoma and Napa Counties.
• Is legally authorized to work in the United States.

Applicants with Michelin-starred or equivalent luxury hospitality experience are strongly preferred. Candidates without this background are welcome to apply but should expect to complete additional training before joining our event team.
