Position Summary: The Human Resource Coordinator supportsemployee growth and HR operations by delivering engaging training programs, leading onboarding, and ensuring employees have the knowledge and skills to succeed. This role also manages People Operations tasks such as compliance, employee relations, file management, and internal communication, ensuring procedures are followed efficiently and in line with organizational and regulatory standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver onboarding, orientation, and employee training on job skills, policies, compliance (e.g., Safety, Sexual Harassment), and refresher or retraining initiatives. Develop, revise, and maintain training materials, handouts, e-learning modules, and ensure they reflect current policies, systems, and workflows. Manage training logistics, including scheduling, materials, room setup, and audiovisual needs. Track and maintain accurate training records and monitor completion through the LMS or internal systems. Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations for Respite Care providers, including monitoring certifications and coordinating required retraining. Enter and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and personnel files, including data changes, documentation, and offboarding processes. Support employee concerns, incident resolution, and disciplinary processes under the guidance of the People Operations Supervisor, including Workers Compensation coordination and documentation of incidents and trends. Analyze departmental data, generate reports, and maintain strict confidentiality while supporting internal and external communications. Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting a positive onboarding experience, reinforcing company values, policies, and safety guidelines. Identify training gaps and improvement opportunities, providing feedback to HR leadership and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Provide day-to-day People Operations support to employees and supervisors, responding to questions and routine issues. Assist with planning and delivering quarterly training for Respite Care Providers. Perform additional duties as needed to support the organization and families served. Education, Experience and Skills Required: Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Maintain consistent and regular attendance and be self-motivated. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications, and educational experience required. Required: Associate or bachelors degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in training or related field. Must be comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information in alignment with HIPAA standards. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability. Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office, cloud-based systems, and EHR platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must have reliable transportation to perform home visits and attend offsite meetings. Certifications, Licensure, Registration: Possess and maintain a valid drivers license and maintain valid auto insurance
